Creating Dell Utility Partition

I recently placed an order for Dell Inspiron 1420 that comes with FreeDOS. No OS was installed. The FreeDOS was packed inside a CD. Only a noticable 2GB FAT32 partition with the label OS was created.

So, I did some Google search and I came across this piece of guide written by Dan Goodell.
