Internet Explorer Title Bar *Hacked*

If your IE title bar displayed something like "Yahoo Hacked By Google", you can remove that by going into the Registry

Navigate to HKCU > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Main

Delete Windows Title from the right window.

Exit Registry Editor.
